How project pricing works
Every project starts with a scoping call. We write down what we will build, how long it takes and the fixed price. You approve it before any work starts.
If you change the scope during the project, we price the change and you approve it first. No surprise invoices.
What affects the price
- Number of teams and processes in the CRM
- Amount and condition of data to migrate
- Number of integrations, such as Xero or billing
- Custom functions and automation
- Reports and dashboards
- Number of users to train
What you pay the vendor direct
CRM licences are billed by Zoho, Salesforce or SugarAI straight to you. We take no reseller commission on them, so we'll tell you when you can drop users or move to a cheaper edition.
