What does a CRM consultant do?
A CRM consultant plans, builds and improves your CRM so it matches how your business works: configuration, automation, data migration, integrations, reporting and training.
Which CRM systems do you work with?
Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Salesforce and SugarAI (formerly SugarCRM), plus HubSpot. We also integrate CRMs with Xero, ERP systems and tools like Mailchimp.
Do you take commission from CRM vendors?
No. You buy licences direct from the vendor. We take no reseller commission.
How much does CRM consultancy cost?
Projects are quoted at a fixed price after a scoping call. Our managed service starts at £550 a month for up to 20 users and £900 a month for up to 50 users.
How long does CRM implementation take?
A basic setup can take a few weeks. Projects with integrations, custom automation or several departments take longer. Your scope includes dates.
Can you migrate data from our old CRM or spreadsheets?
Yes. We migrate contacts, companies, deals and history, and remove duplicates on the way in.
Can you integrate our CRM with Xero and other tools?
Yes. We build custom integrations between your CRM and Xero, set up around how you invoice. We also connect CRMs to Zoho Books, Zoho Billing, email marketing (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp), helpdesks (Zoho Desk) and website forms. See our Xero integration page.
Can you integrate our CRM with our ERP system?
Yes. We build custom integrations between Zoho CRM, Salesforce, SugarAI or HubSpot and ERP systems such as Sage, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP Business One, so customers, orders, stock and invoices stay in step. See CRM and ERP integration.
Do you train our team?
Yes. Every implementation includes user training and admin documentation.
Can you audit our existing CRM?
Yes. A CRM health check gives you a prioritised list of what to fix.
What is included in the managed service?
User changes, fixes, small requests from a fair-use allowance, and monthly consultancy days for bigger work. Unused days carry over, up to 10.
Is SugarCRM the same as SugarAI?
Yes. SugarCRM renamed itself SugarAI in April 2026. We support both names and the Sugar Sell product.
