CRM and ERP integration

CRM and ERP integration, built around how you work

Connect Zoho CRM, Salesforce or SugarAI to your ERP so customers, orders, stock, invoices and payments stay in step. We build the integration ourselves, for the systems you already run.

The problem

Why connect your CRM to your ERP?

Your CRM is where sales and service teams work. Your ERP is where orders, stock and finance live. When the two don't talk, someone types the same customer and order into both, and the numbers drift apart.

A CRM and ERP integration passes that data between the systems automatically, so sales, operations and finance all see the same customer, order and invoice.

Signs you need an integration

  • Orders are keyed into the CRM and again into the ERP
  • Sales users can't see stock, credit limits or invoice status
  • Customer details differ between the two systems
  • Finance chases sales for order details at month end
  • CRM revenue reports never match the accounts
How it works

How a CRM and ERP integration works

Data moves both ways. Each system stays in charge of the data it owns.

Your CRM

Accounts, contacts, deals and quotes from Zoho CRM, Salesforce or SugarAI

Your integration

Maps the fields and applies your rules: price lists, tax, warehouses and which company

Your ERP

What we sync

What can a CRM and ERP integration sync?

You choose what moves, which way, and when.

Customers and contacts

One customer record, kept in step across both systems, with the ERP account number stored in the CRM.

Products and price lists

Sales users quote from the same products, prices and discounts finance uses.

Quotes and sales orders

A won deal or accepted quote becomes a sales order in the ERP without being typed again.

Stock levels

Sales users see what's available before they promise a delivery date.

Invoices and payments

Invoice numbers and paid status flow back to the CRM, so nobody has to ask finance.

Credit limits and account status

Accounts on hold or over their limit are flagged in the CRM before a new order goes in.

Systems

Which CRM and ERP systems can you connect?

If your ERP has an API, we can usually connect it to your CRM. If it doesn't, we look at file or database options with you.

Our approach

We build the integration ourselves

Off-the-shelf connectors cover simple cases. Most businesses have rules a connector can't follow, such as different price lists, several companies, or orders that need checking before they reach the ERP. So we build each integration around your process.

How we run an integration project

  • Map which system owns each piece of data before we build anything
  • Build with each system's own API and tools, such as Deluge in Zoho and Apex in Salesforce
  • Test with real records, in a sandbox where your systems have one
  • Log every sync, with alerts when a record fails, so it can be fixed and retried
  • Hand over clear documentation of what moves, when and why

FAQ

CRM and ERP integration questions

What is CRM and ERP integration?
It's a connection that passes data between your CRM, where sales and service work, and your ERP, where orders, stock and finance live. Each team sees the same customer, order and invoice data without typing it twice.
Can you integrate Zoho CRM with Sage?
Yes. We build custom integrations between Zoho CRM and Sage, set up around your sales and invoicing process. The options depend on which Sage product you run, so we check that on a free call.
Can you connect Salesforce to an ERP like NetSuite or Business Central?
Yes. We build Salesforce integrations with ERP systems such as NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, using each system's API.
Should the CRM or the ERP own customer data?
Usually the ERP owns invoices, stock and credit limits, and the CRM owns leads, deals and sales activity. We agree this field by field before we build, so the two systems never overwrite each other.
How long does a CRM and ERP integration take?
It depends on how many systems, records and rules are involved. You get a fixed-price scope with dates before we start.
What happens if a sync fails?
We log every sync and send alerts when a record fails, so it can be fixed and retried. Our managed service can look after this for you each month.
Do you integrate HubSpot or SugarAI with an ERP?
Yes. We connect HubSpot and SugarAI to ERP systems in the same way, using each system's API.
