CRM data migration questions

Can you migrate from a CRM that isn't listed?
Yes. If your old system can export its data, through a file or an API, we can move it. If your new CRM can import data or has an API, we can load it. We check both on a free call before you commit.
How long does a CRM data migration take?
It depends on how many records you have, how many systems they come from, and how messy they are. We give you dates in the scope after the audit.
Will we lose our history?
Not if it can be exported. Notes, activities and deal history come across linked to the right records. If the old system limits exports, we tell you during the audit, before you commit.
Do we need to stop using our old CRM?
Your team keeps working in the old system until the final migration. We agree a cut-over time with you so your team knows when to switch.
How much does a CRM data migration cost?
We quote a fixed price after the audit, once we know the volume and condition of your data. Migration is often part of a wider CRM implementation.
Can you migrate from Salesforce to Zoho?
Yes, and from Zoho to Salesforce. Both directions need careful field mapping because the two systems structure data differently.
Is our data safe during migration?
We work in your systems with access you control. We agree with you up front how exported files are stored and when they are deleted.
